(GREENE COUNTY) - Bomb squads were called to a small Greene County Cafe, the Crossroads Cafe to be exact, located near the intersection of State Road 45 and State Road 445.
The three or four small pipe bombs that were located were around 5 to 6 inches in length and "penny size" in diameter.
The pipes are believed to be homemade explosives, and were discovered inside a red colored fannie-pack type bag in a bathroom sink at around 10:49 AM that morning.
Indiana State Police Bomb Destruction Unit removed from the building by a remote control robot device; the bombs later detonated at around 2:30 PM in the parking lot.
There are no known suspects or indications to police officials as to why the explosive devices were left in the building.
It is unclear at this time how many people were in the restaurant when the bomb was discovered.
