(VINCENNES) - Vincennes University will present Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman with an honorary doctorate in public service at its commencement May 2nd.
Skillman will be a speaker at the event, along with VU President Dick Helton.
Skillman has served as Lieutenant Governor since 2005.
