(ORLEANS) - In just over a week, the Dogwood Festival in the Town of Orleans gets underway.
Friday, April 24th kicks off the festival with a series of yard sales in Orleans which, Dogwood Festival organizer Tara Jenkins says typically number more than 100.
The midway lights up soon as well and amusement ride armbands are already on sale for $18 at Orleans High School, and several other businesses throughout town, which are good for rides on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
And on Wednesday, the gospel group "Eternal Vision" will perform at Congress Square.
