Skillman Tours Storm Damage

(BEDFORD) - Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman has toured her home of Lawrence County, after Sunday’s tornadoes.

25 homes were destroyed or damaged from EF3 and EF0 tornadoes. Skillman says she spoke to two families who lost everything.

She says the families are doing well. She says she's thankful there were no fatalities or major injuries.

Skillman says the silver lining is witnessing firsthand how neighbors come to the rescue of neighbors and how entire communities rally around those affected.
