(MONROVIA) - Morgan County police are trying to figure out who fired a bullet that killed a Monrovia man.
The 35-year-old was not aware he had been shot. He complained of chest pains and his wife called 911.
The victim has since been identified as 35-year-old Jason Breisch, and that the incident may have been an accident from a neighbor doing some target shooting with a .45 caliber handgun.
