Man Charged In Accidental Shooting Turns Self In

(MONROVIA) - A Monrovia man has turned himself in after the accidental shooting death of his neighbor.

On Thursday, 34-year-old Jonathon Graf was charged with reckless homicide and criminal recklessness. He said he was test-firing a gun when one of the bullets hit his neighbor who was asleep in a bed 1,000 feet away.

35-year-old Jason Breisch died after being shot. Graf could face 8 years in prison.
