Ellettsville Stabbing Case Gets Initial Hearing Today

(ELLETTSVILLE) - Bedford isn’t the only town in the WBIW listening area dealing with a serious stabbing, as a Bloomington woman is set to appear in court today for a Sunday afternoon stabbing incident in Ellettsville.

The Bloomington Herald Times reports 34-year-old Erica Kraemer faces an initial hearing on charges of battery with a deadly weapon and battery resulting in bodily injury in Monroe County court today in the Ellettsville knifing of Jim Reeves.

Reeves suffered lacerations to his hands and forehead and complained of pain in his jaw when police found him at his home, and he was taken to Bloomington Hospital for treatment.
