(BURLINGTON, KY) - A Kentucky woman and her son have waived extradition after their arrest in the disappearance of an elderly man whose burnt remains were found near the Morgan-Monroe State Forest near Paragon.

47-year-old Willa Crawford and her 27-year-old son, Louis Wilkinson were arrested at a Cincinnati-area motel.

The remain of 73-year-old Walter Sartory were found over the weekend.

Police say Blanc had been transferring thousands of dollars from Sartory's bank account to her account.
