Bedford Library Patrons Who Owe Fees To Find Themselves Cut Off

(BEDFORD) - If you owe Bedford Public Library for overdue books, don’t expect to check out materials or use computers.

The library is trying to collect some of the $193,000 patrons have accrued in late fees, copier charges and lost material charges.

The new policy starts April 15, and there will also be an increase in the late charge, from 10 cents a day before to 20 cents per day, for each item.
