(BEDFORD) - A hospital association has been formed by the Lawrence County Commissioners in order to help Dunn Memorial Hospital secure lower interest rates if it needs to issue a bond.
In the 2-1 vote amongst the three, Commissioner Chris May was the lone dissenting vote.
Commissioners Bill Spreen and David Flinn both voted in favor of the measure, believing it to be more of a backup measure, should it be needed.
