Last updated on Friday, January 9, 2009

(BLOOMINGTON) - Luck is being looked at for police having found a person suspected of robbing an Ellettsville bank yesterday.

State Police Bloomington say a trooper was getting ready to grab lunch when a call of a bank robbery at the Owen County State Bank in Ellettsville was called over the radio.

Shortly after, that officer saw a vehicle of matching description go by in Bloomington near the IN-45/46 Bypass and College Avenue, and followed it to a home on west 11th Street.

The woman that got out also matched the description given, and another trooper found a wig, hat and hooded sweatshirt near the home.

State troopers secured the residence until Monroe County officers could arrive to make the arrest.

No name has been given out for the individual taken into custody as of yet.
