Troopers Pick Up Two During Probation Call

Last updated on Monday, December 22, 2008

(ENGLISH) - Two men were picked up on either drug or theft charges Thursday night when state police were called in to assist the Perry County Probation Department with a call.

Perry County officers arrived at the home of 58-year-old Roy McCormick of English for a routine inspection and say they found drugs at his home.

While officers were there, a truck driven by 48-year-old Kenneth Wright pulled in and police checked him over and found him wanted on a theft warrant in Crawford County.

Wright was taken in for that and McCormick was taken in for 3 felony drug charges.
