Norovirsus Outbreak Reported At Columbus Retirement Community

(COLUMBUS) - Health officials say there’s an outbreak of the norovirus at Parkside Court Retirement Community in Columbus.

Noroviruses are a group of highly transmissible gastrointestinal viruses that cause the stomach flu.

The outbreak affected about 50 Parkside Court individuals, which is roughly half of the facility's 102 residents.
