(BLOOMINGTON) - Some Bloomington bar owners are upset that city officials have voted to reduce the seating limits at pubs.
Bluebird nightclub owner Dave Kubiak says a capacity review after a new city fire code was imposed cut his club's official capacity by about 150 seats.
