(BLOOMINGTON) - The Bloomington man charged with attacking a woman along the rails-to-trails path last weekend reportedly already has been convicted of doing the same thing back in 2002.
The "Bloomington Herald Times" reports that 27-year-old Robert Murphy attacked a woman back in 2002 and is on the state sex offender registry.
Murphy is accused of assaulting a 26-year-old woman on the trail.
