(UNDATED) - If you’re a high school student and want to attend one of the military academies, and you haven’t gotten your applications in yet, better get a move on.
Republican Congressman Steve Buyer says November 1st is the deadline for applying for a nomination to one of the military academies. Apps and more info are available on Buyer's website at stevebuyer.house.gov.
This is, again, for students who wish to attend the Army Academy in West Point, New York, the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, the Air Force Adademy in Colorado, the Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connectcut or the Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.
