(JASPER) - State police discovered a meth lab in the City of Jasper this morning.

State police say a search warrant was executed around 2:00am this morning at the Birk Drive home of 50-year-old Stanley Vonderheide after investigating the man for the past two months.

Police found a lab in the home and arrested Vonderheide, and called in the State Clandestine Lab Team to dismantle it.

Vonderheide is lodged in the Dubois County jail facing felony charges of manufacturing, dealing, and possessing meth, possession of precursors with intent to manufacture, and of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container, and one other lesser charge.
