(ELLETTSVILLE) - State police from Bloomington are investigating a homicide in the Ellettsville area that involved one man from Lafayette.
Police have made one arrest, 48-year-old John R. Moore III of Bloomington, and brought him to the Monroe County jail a little after 10:00pm last night.
The victim has been identified as 59-year-old Steven J. Morris of Lafayette, and police say Morris was killed at a Hartstrait Road home in Ellettsville.
No details have been released about the incident, however, an autopsy has been scheduled and the investigation is ongoing.
