(MARTINSVILLE) - The Indiana Supreme Court is rejecting the appeal of the man convicted in the 2000 slaying of 19-year-old Indiana University student Jill Behrman.
Chief Justice Randall Shepard says the supreme court justices reviewed and discussed the case before deciding not to hear the appeal of John Myers II.
Myers was convicted of the Behrman murder in 2006.
