Monroe County One Of Several Child Support Targets

Last updated on Tuesday, October 21, 2008

(UNDATED) - Prosecutors in eight Indiana counties will try to boost child-support collections by going after deadbeats’ driving, hunting and fishing licenses.

The state will send warning letters this week to about 4,000 residents of the state's four largest counties, plus Vanderburgh, Tippecanoe, Monroe and Kosciusko Counties.

The targets are all non-custodial parents who are at least a year and $25,000 behind on child support.
