(BRAZIL) - Clay County is preparing for what could be the biggest tax sale it has ever had.
Almost 700 properties have delinquent property tax payments in the county amounting to $1.5 million.
Clay County Auditor Mary Jo Alumbaugh is going through the process of notifying property owners of the sale and how they can avoid the loss of their property.
The auction is scheduled for December 5.
