(BLOOMINGTON) - A garbage truck driver found a four-year-old boy huddled beneath a blanket on a sidewalk in Bloomington early Wednesday while on his rounds.
The driver called police and kept the boy warm in the cab of his truck before the boy was returned to his parents.
