IU Study: Using Your Head Could Prevent Alzheimer's

(BLOOMINGTON) - New studies are beginning to shed some light on preventing Alzheimer’s.

It turns out that married couples are less likely to experience memory loss as they age. In addition, people who worry about their problems tend be less likely to develop Alzheimer's and dementia.

Doctor Ann Hake of the Indiana University Alzheimer's Disease Center says the key is repeatedly using your brain.
