(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Highway Department will be shutting down the South I Street bridge for work on Monday.
The highway crews will be working on the bridge's approaches for the following two weeks.
Drivers that usually use the I Street bridge are encouraged to, instead, use either Tunnelton or Sandpit Roads as a detour.
