Last updated on Tuesday, August 19, 2008

(BLOOMINGTON) - Four people in Bloomington, including three from the Motor City, were taken in on coke dealing charges.

According to a report in the Bloomington Herald Times, Bloomington police arrested 41-year-old Timothy Johnson, 38-year-old Scott Cameron, 41-year-old Kelvin Carter and 51-year-old Emmett Benton on a number of felony charges ranging from dealing cocaine to resisting arrest to battery on an officer causing injury.

Bloomington police say a controlled cocaine buy from Carter led to a motel room containing Johnson and cocaine, which led to another room with more coke and Benton and another controlled buy led to the arrest of Cameron.

All four were lodged in Monroe County jail.
