(WHITFIELD) - More trouble at the Truelove Church near Loogootee. This time, state troopers say they were called to Whitfield's Truelove Church about a domestic disturbance.

When they got there they allege 25-year-old Nicholas Dant forced a woman into a vehicle against her will and beat her.

Dant was also found to be in possession of a Schedule III controlled substance.

Dant was taken to Martin County jail on charges of battery, criminal confinement and possession.

Just last week, 40-year-old Jeffrey Truelove led state police on a chase that ended when the man took his own life at the Truelove Church Cemetery.
