(BEDFORD) - Further details have been released about the armed robbery at the Sugar Hill Addition from Tuesday.
Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig tells WBIW News 26-year-old Justin Blackburn stands charged with a felony count of armed robbery and 22-year-old Stacey Blackburn with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
County detectives are still waiting to interview the two witnesses involved, but are saying a black handgun and an aluminum baseball bat were involved in the incident.
Additionally, an undisclosed amount of money was also transferred during the incident.
