(UNDATED) - After a brief break from the severe weather in South Central Indiana, it’s on its way back.
Around 5:30 this morning, the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 1:00pm which includes the entire WBIW listening area except Orange and Washington Counties.
The severe thunderstorm watch affects Lawrence, Martin, Greene, Monroe, Brown, Bartholomew and Jackson Counties and areas north until 1:00pm.
A severe thunderstorm watch means conditions are ripe for a severe storm to develop, but one has not yet been sighted.
