(INDIANAPOLIS) - Encouraging news for homeowners selling their homes.
The Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors says average sale prices increased in six central Indiana counties between March to May 2008 compared to the same period last year.
Increases ranged from a 16% jump in Brown County to an 8% increase in Boone County.
