(BLOOMINGTON) - A man called police yesterday with a strange complaint; his wife was driving through his yard causing heavy damage.
When Monroe County deputies arrived it appeared that Traci Abram of Bloomington appeared to be intoxicated and admitted to the vandalism but thought it would be ok, since she lived there.
Deputies learned from court papers that the couple is going through a divorce, and the man has sole possession of the property.
Abram failed a field sobriety test on the scene, and was lodged in Monroe County jail on OWI, trespassing and mischief charges.
