(SPENCER)- A Democratic state representative is warning that one small southern Indiana community could be history thanks to the flooding.
Vern Tincher (D-Riley) says he's been researching ways to get the Owen County town away from high water.
Tincher says a bridge in and out of Spencer maybe forcing some waters on the White River to shift and stay close.
