(MEDORA) - State police from the Seymour District are asking for help in finding missing teens from Medora.

State police say 17-year-old Mitchell C. Reed of Medora was reported missing a little after 9:30 last night, as well as his car. Shortly after, the mother of 17-year-old Emily Davidson, also of Medora, reported her daughter missing as well.

Reed is described as a white male, brown hair, hazel eyes with black, rectangular glasses. Davidson is a white female, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, pink belt and black shoes and purse.

Reed's car is a gray 2002 Ford Taurus with extensive damage including yellow paint transfer on the passenger side door.

The parents of both kids believe they may either be headed for Bloomington, or for New York City.

If you see these two, please call your local law enforcement agency.

Bedford Police can be reached at 275-3311, Lawrence County Police at 275-3316, and Mitchell Police at 849-2151.
