(COLUMBUS) - Columbus police have now arrested more than a dozen people suspected of trying to steal appliances, lawnmowers, bicycles and other items from flood-damaged neighborhoods.
Police say the items had been removed from homes by residents and left out to dry when the thieves arrived.
