(UNDATED) - Yesterday's storms are still, really, being cleaned up, and yet there's more on the way.

Yesterday's storms did a number on the Mount Pleasant area, leaving one resident with a broken foot, and sending one very large tree, about 5 feet in diameter, to the ground blocking Mount Pleasant road about 3 quarters of a mile past the Younger Road intersection.

Additionally, Bartlettsville and Shawswick Station Roads were also blocked by trees taking power lines with them on their way down.

The National Weather Service has not confirmed any sort of tornado touchdown in the Bedford area, however, 2 tornadoes have been confirmed on the ground in other areas, including the Shelby-Rush-Decatur County line area, as well as another north of Columbus, right around Princes Lake with damage near Camp Atterbury.

Currently, the National Weather Service has a tornado watch in effect for the northern half of our listening area until 11:00am this morning. Orange, Washington and Dubois Counties appear safe, however, everywhere else our signal reaches is looking to have more weather trouble.

Additionally, the National Weather Service has declared both a tornado and flash flood watch for most of the listening area today until late this morning. The tornado watch is scheduled until 11:00 this morning and includes almost all of Central, North Central and South Central Indiana, including Lawrence, Monroe, Martin, Jackson, Greene and Brown Counties. However, Orange and Washington Counties and areas south appear to be safe from tornado activity at this point.

Also, the flash flood watch is scheduled until 10:00am this morning for Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Greene, Brown, and Jackson Counties, and the overall warning seems to be more focused on this area, whereas the tornado watch is more widespread.

So far, this morning, we have weathered an additional severe thunderstorm and flash flood warnings in the listening area.
