(BLOOMINGTON) - A Los Angeles-based private equity firm is purchasing the coupon business of International Outsourcing Services — but will keep an office in the company’s home base of Bloomington.
Spokesman Pete Bartolik says Marlin Equity Partners formed a new company with the coupon business under the name Prologic Redemption Solutions.
He declined to disclose financial terms of the deal -- but said most of it involved debt assumption.
