(BLOOMINGTON) - Indiana University Police Officers were called to the area of Campus View Apartments, because several suspicious subjects were reported in the lot.
When the officers arrived they found 18-year-old Dustin Starks of Bloomington in the parking lot walking between cars.
Starks doesn't live at Campus View, and during the investigation a large screwdriver and flashlight were found in Starks possession.
Officers found several cars in the lot with broken windows and found several items stolen from the vehicles in the back seat of Starks' car.
Starks was lodged in Monroe County Jail on a felony charge of theft and criminal mischief.
