(BLOOMINGTON) - A Monroe County Baptist minister is facing child molestation charges after an 11-year-old girl told authorities he touched her.
According to a report published by the Bloomington Herald Times, 56-year-old Donald Robinson of Bloomington, a pastor at the Grace Baptist Church on north Smith Pike which also operates Grace Baptist Academy, is facing felony child molestation charges in Monroe Circuit Court.
The Herald Times reports Robinson allegedly touched the girl inappropriately on two different occasions, but Robinson reportedly told investigators that his intent was to comfort her about a medical procedure, and not sexual.
