(MARTINSVILLE) - State police from the Putnamville District went on a traffic blitz in rural Morgan County after complaints of dangerous drivers in the area.

Officers issued more than 100 traffic citations in a matter of two days along two roads.

One nearby farmer, who reported several near misses over the years, even offered up a spot next to his barn to one of the troopers to run radar from.
