(BEDFORD) - A Springville man is behind bars after allegedly beating a woman in front of her child Saturday evening.
Bedford police reports allege 36-year-old Timothy Grubb of Springville struck a 38-year-old female behind her house in front of the woman's child, then chased her back in the house, pushed her down bouncing her head off the wall, and then chucked a bucket at her head.
The woman didn't require hospitalization, according to Bedford reports, however Grubb was arrested.
Grubb was lodged in the Lawrence County jail charged with domestic battery in front of a child and public intoxication.
