(BEDFORD) - Bedford North Lawrence students are teaming up with General Motors again to test the waters of Leatherwood Creek as part of the Earth Force Green Program.
Teachers from BNL and representatives from GM Powertrain will assist 65 students in checking pollution levels in Leatherwood Creek next week Thursday.
Hoosier Riverwatch is the Indiana partner of General Motors' Earth Force GM Green Program, and will be assisting the students in Bedford and other communities with GM facilities perform similar tasks.
Look for students to dive in next week Thursday between 9:00 and 10:30 in the morning and 1 and 2:30 in the afternoon.
