Rivers Continue To Swell, Other Waters Dropping (With Road List)

(BEDFORD) - Flooding problems continue through the weekend.

Flooding near major levels has already impacted Seymour, Medora and Wheeler Hollow. Same thing is also approaching Bedford, Williams and Shoals.

Additional flooding is occurring in Columbus, Spencer, Bloomfield, and Edwardsport.

Flood warnings along the river in Seymour, Rivervale, Williams and Shoals continue until further notice.

Bedford's flood warning should be over by tomorrow night. Flood waters have been receding through yesterday and will continue this morning except for along the swelling river.

Dozens of roads throughout the area also are flooding, including IN-37 between Orleans and Paoli, IN-450 between Williams and Shoals, and most every road around the French Lick area, which is bearing the brunt of the flooding.

To make matters worse, we're forecasted to have more rain tonight, though it shouldn't be nearly as heavy as Wednesday's storms.
