(BEDFORD) - After yesterday's precipitation, we're looking at more flooding along the East Fork, however, National Weather Service meteorologists are predicting it won't quite be as bad as it was last month.
Flood levels are expected to crest again sometime Friday afternoon and get up to 2.5 feet over flood stage by Sunday evening.
In Williams, they are only expecting minor flooding. Flood waters did cross roads yesterday morning in Williams, however, it's looking like IN-450 and CR400 South could be safe as water crests approach.
River levels in Seymour are looking to get more than 4 feet over flood stage by this weekend, but if they cross the 17-foot point, more precautions need to be taken.
Additionally, in Columbus, only minor flooding is forecast. River levels aren't even expected to get more than a foot over flood stage.
INDOT reminds drivers, no matter what, not to cross flood road sections unless you can actually see the road underneath the water, and to obey all flooded road signs.
