(MARENGO) - A Marengo man was nailed ford driving while intoxicated Saturday.
State Police Jasper say they came across 45-year-old Eugene Barnes of Marengo when he was pulled over for a traffic violation Saturday in Crawford County.
Troopers noticed, when they made contact, that Barnes was allegedly under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Officers say this isn't the first time Barnes has danced this number in the past five years.
Barnes was taken into custody and lodged in Crawford County jail charged with operating while intoxicated with a prior within 5 years.
