(BLOOMINGTON) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says the cleanup of PCBs at a former Westinghouse plant in Bloomington should be complete in about 18 months.

The building was demolished last year.

Crews will soon begin breaking up and removing a large concrete slab and some surrounding soil.
