(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Regional Medical Center is offering courses to help Lawrence County residents stop smoking.
Starting January 14th, BRMC will be starting classes to help people stop smoking using the Cooper/Clayton Method, which is recognized by the medical center as being one of the most effective methods available.
