(BLOOMFIELD) - A public vigil will be held tonight in Bloomfield to highlight the fight against methamphetamine.

January 8th, Greene County commissioners signed a proclamation declaring this week "Meth is Death Week," in order to shine a light on the damage that Meth does to the communities in Greene County.

The event will start tonight at 7:00pm at the Bloomfield First Baptist Church on Lincoln Drive and feature speakers such as Greene County Sheriff Terry Pierce.
