(BEDFORD) - The Indiana Supreme Court has named Andrea McCord as judge pro tempore of the Lawrence County Circuit Court.
The temporary position, intended to fill the vacancy left by the late Judge Richard McIntyre senior, will remain that way until Governor Mitch Daniels names a permanent replacement.
Judge McIntyre was found dead, as a result of an apparent suicide, in his Bedford home October 30th.
