(SWITZ CITY) - A Greene County township trustee is dead after a semi rear-ended his tractor.
State police say 57-year-old Charles Holtsclaw of Fairplay Township was driving his tractor on State Road 57 a little after dusk.
Troopers say Holtsclaw didn't have his flashers on to alert drivers to his slow-moving vehicle, and the one sign he did have may have been obscured by his load.
