(SEYMOUR) - State police Seymour discovered a Tennessee truck driver driving along the road…partially nude.
Troopers say 41-year-old William Donnell was stopped by state police for a traffic violation at the northbound scales near Seymour, when Donnell opened his truck door and made it obvious he was not wearing pants of any kind.
Troopers arrested Donnell on a charge of public nudity and took him to Jackson County jail.
Donnell said he was just more comfortable driving without any clothes on below the waist.
