(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police are looking for a suspect in a robbery that occurred near the intersection of 9th and Grant streets.
Bloomington police Capt. Joe Qualters told WBIW news that at about 4:00AM this morning; a person was approached by a man who demanded his wallet and cell phone. The victim resisted and the suspect, described as an African-American male wearing dark clothing, accosted him.
The suspect got the upper hand and made a motion indicating he had a weapon.
Bloomington detectives are still investigating the incident.
